Purpose of the Job: To support the Divisional Knowledge & Insights Manager to provide the Business Unit with leading edge consumer insights, research processes and tools that facilitate decision-making against business needs.
The ideal candidate will also support the Brand Marketing team in application of the Research Process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure research briefs submitted by the brand team are in line with agreed standards
- Drive Research Process with Research Houses
- Analyse and interpret results to deliver business case needs
- Maintain brand knowledge base
- Compile data for ad hoc requests
- Prepare reports/presentations of research results by efficiently communicating critical learning’s, consumer insights and conclusions in order to provide actionable recommendations to audience
- Manage the Research Budget
- Ideally a candidate who has experience in data manipulation and interpreting data.

Required Experience
- 2-3 years job experience in a Research Agency or FMCG industry.
