A University Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or Public or Business Administration.
Duties:
• Perform general personnel management and administrative duties as directed;
• To prepare and review the Campus Human Resource and financial budget;
• To assist in the processing of disciplinary cases;
• To maintain personnel and other administrative records;
• To design and recommend appropriate systems for personnel records;
• Drafting of circulars and papers for submission to various committee or conferences of the Institute;
• Processing cases on matters of staff Rules and Regulations, pensions or labour laws;
• Participate in training needs analysis and preparation of HRDT and budget;
• Coordinate transport and welfare activities;
• Assist on recruitment, promotions and preparation of staff returns and payments;
• Any other duties assigned by superior;
Salary: TIASS 5
