OTB Africa Ltd, a software development firm operating in East Africa, is looking for competent Java J2EE & J2ME developers.

The candidate will be required to develop products using the following tools and technologies:

    * Web Services in Java
    * Open Solaris operating system and Shell Programming
    * USSD Programming using Java web services
    * SMS
    * Kannel SMS/WAP Gateway
    * JBoss Application Server
    * JUnit testing framework
    * MySQL Database

Candidates with the following knowledge will have an added advantage:

    * J2EE and J2ME Programming
    * SMS and USSD Programming

Personal skill sets:

    * Assertive
    * Entrepreneurial mindset

Wage/Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 Ksh.

Duration: 6 months renewable

Start Date: Immediately

Type: Full Time
