The Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) is a company limited by guarantee. It was established in 1996 to facilitate the Government's implementation of the ongoing economic reforms and enabling the private as well as the public sector to raise capital. The role of the DSE in the economy is the mobilization of resources and directing them to the productive sectors of the economy. DSE is also a depository of the Tanzania financial markets statistics.

The DSE is looking for ambitious, highly motivated, creative, innovative and experienced young professional Tanzanians to fill the following vacancies:
Education and Experience:
Holder of a Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent degree in social sciences from a reputable higher learning institution in Tanzania or abroad. He/she must have at least three years working experience in reputable firm or organization in related industry.
Personal Attributes:
• High level integrity.
• Exposure knowledge of Capital Market operations
• Basic knowledge of computer statistical soft wares for financial analysis.
• Skilful and critical analytical in mind;
• Mastering of MS Office applications.
General Qualifications
In addition to the above qualifications, applicants for the three vacant posts should be persons with high level integrity, not be above 35 years of age and fluent in both spoken and written English.
