1. Chief Accountant

Job Description
A Chief Accountant reports to the Assistant Director Finance for the overall accounting function of the Board.
Specifically, his/her work will involve organization and management of the accounting unit, direct, control and coordination of both routine and non-routine accountancy matters as well as interpretation of financial policies, budgeting, management accounting methods and financial returns.
The Chief Accountant will be responsible for giving advice on all financial policies as well as ensuring that sound accounting principles and controls are applied to all financial transactions of the Board. The officer will in addition, be responsible for training and development of accounting staff under him/her.
Job Specification
For appointment to this position, the candidate must have the following:
- A Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Finance or relevant field.
- Shown merit and ability in accounting work as a Senior Accountant for at least 3 years in an institution of similar standing; and
- CPA III (K) or ACCA Final Professional qualifications.
- Membership of a relevant professional body of good standing.
- Demonstrated a high degree of leadership qualities and integrity and
- Ability to give strategic financial directions to the Board on all financial matters
- Be Computer literate in accounting packages.
2. Marketing Officer

Job description
The Marketing Officer will report to the Assistant Director Business Development. The officer will be responsible for marketing all the Boards facilities, identify and implement new revenue generation opportunities among others.

- A Bachelors Degree in marketing or related field
- A post graduate qualification in sales and marketing field from a recognized institution
- Sales & Marketing experience of a minimum period of five (5) years in a managerial position in a reputable organization;
- Administrative, leadership capability, good interpersonal relations and integrity
- Membership of relevant professional body of good standing and
- Be Computer literate
3. Assistant Aquatic Stadium Manager

Job description
Assistant Aquatic Stadium Manager will report to the Stadium Manager for all the activities and Events in the Board’s Aquatic premises; coordinate all security services; revenue collection; cleaning services and general management of the premises.
Job Specification
For appointment to the position, the candidate must have the following:-
- A Bachelors Degree in sports related field from a recognized institution
- A post graduate qualification in management from a recognized institution
- Working experience of a minimum period of four (4) years in a reputable organization;
- Life guarding certification and experience, First Aid certifications and customer services experience are critical requirements of this position.
- Administrative, leadership capability, good interpersonal relations and integrity; and
- Be Computer literate
4. Human Resource Officer

Job Description
The Officer will be report to the Assistant Director Human Resource and Administration.
The officer will perform various HR and administrative duties and specifically recruitment, performance management, payroll, leave management, promotions, maintaining personnel records, and training issues.
Job Specification
For appointment to the position, the candidates must have the following:-
- A Bachelors degree in Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
- A post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or CPS (K) Examination.
- Minimum period of three (3) years experience in a busy Human Resource and Administration Unit.
- A good understanding of new labour laws.
- Demonstrated a high degree of professional ability in discharging the Human Resource and Administration function.
- Be Computer literate
