Senior Sales Executives

The responsibilities:

* Research and gather market and customer information;
* Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, events and at demonstrations;
* Participate towards sourcing of product with the Franchise holders and suppliers;
* Monitor the product through the supply chain to delivery, ensuring quality and specifications on receipt;
* Manage inventory to ensure optimal sales are achieved and losses minimized;
* Manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring appropriate sales and after-sales-service standards; and achievement of turnover targets;
* Negotiate the terms of agreement, closing sales and approving quotations and deliveries as needed;
* Manage the retail outlet, ensuring appropriate visual standards and trains staff on new product information;
* Generate appropriate reports;

Requirements:

The person:

* Diploma in Management, or recognized equivalent with hands on computer skills;
* At least 5 years experience in sales with demonstrable direct selling skills;
* A passion for sports with good knowledge of the sporting industry, equipment and accessories;
* A dynamic, self starting and resilient individual with demonstrable ability of managing performing teams;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Demonstrable experience in managing retail store outlets an added advantage;
* Ability to train new employees on the job.
