Restaurant Supervisor

Our client a leading hotel in Uganda is looking to recruit a hotel senior supervisor for one of their branches in Uganda.

REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

* Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans
* Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.
* Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.
* Monitor performance in relevant areas according to agreed standards and take necessary Action to communicate / advise / assist according to performance levels.
* Monitor, inform and apply standards set by Government and other statutory bodies.
* Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and Awareness of quality issues across all departments.
* Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on Performance against standards.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary to discuss/clarify quality issues
* Carry out any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements: At least a degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field At least five years experience in a similar position Should have excellent leadership and communication skills
