Human Resource and Administration Officer I

Mission: To provide quality savings, credit and front office (FOSA) facilities that enhance members’ economic and social empowerment with maximum returns

We are a member based countrywide SACCO Society with its headquarters in Nairobi and wish to fill in the following vacant positions:

Human Resource and Administration Officer I
(1 Position)

Reporting to the Human Resource and Administration Manager.

Main Duties

* In charge of Payroll Section in the organisation
* Assist in the implementation of the Performance Management System
* Oversees maintenance of up to date staff medical accounts, monitors staff entitlement balances, updates staff dependant list on regular basis and capturing/data entry of invoices
* Assist in compiling various HR reports for timely reporting and decision making
* Responsible for data input in to HR database and validation of the same
* Supervising the support staff
* Responsible for minutes of HR & Administration meetings.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in Social sciences from a recognized university
* Post graduate Diploma in HR
* Three years relevant experience in a similar position and Computer proficiency
