Financial Controller Job in Kenya - Packaging Manufacturing Company

A leading packaging manufacturing company requires a Chartered Accountant for the position of Financial Controller with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a busy manufacturing environment.

In addition to the normal duties related to Financial Controller position, a person should have following qualities:
Experience in controlling, supervising and guiding computerized accounts and finance department in day-to-day operation and up to the finalization of accounts.
Experience in attending statutory and income tax audit.
Experience in budgetary and cost control.
Experience in liaising with the bank for working capital, adhoc limit and term loan requirement.
Experience in liaising with insurance agent for renewal of various insurance policies.
Experience in projecting and monitoring cash flow requirement on regular basis.
Must be conversant with an integrated accounting package and be competent in MS Office.
Experience in generating MIS report using report writing tool will be an added advantage.
Experience in preparing reports under the strict dead line and to work under pressure.
Posses qualities of team leader and be analytical.
