Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Administrator and Receptionist Jobs in Kenya
Due to fast and sustained growth, Our Client, a leading player in the ICT industry specializing with network connectivity, structured cabling, service provision in IT, requires the following:
Sales Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
responsible for coordinating sales and marketing efforts plus technical support.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
Create and modify documents such as quotations, invoices, reports, memos, and letters
Set up and coordinate meetings in liaison with sales and marketing manager
Attend meetings as requested in order to record minutes
ensure that all client’s requests and complaints made are promptly dealt with.
Ensure that all products sold are delivered to clients promptly.
Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Assist with overall maintenance of the sales and marketing department
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Computer literate.
Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
Ability to communicate effectively..
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in Information Technology or Marketing with knowledge in IT.
Age 26 – 29 years old.
Experience of at-least 3 years in a very busy ICT company; especially in a customer care department
Must have a background in administration.
Must excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
