EOI/13/2010-2011 for Provision of Public Relations and Media Management Services
The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) is a State corporation created through the Insurance (Amendment) Act of 2006 and came into effect on 1st May 2007. The Authority was established with the mandate of regulating, supervising and developing the insurance industry in Kenya.
The Authority is committed to providing leadership to the insurance sector while also educating the public on the importance of insurance and the need to purchase insurance policies.
In this regard, the Authority would like to request for expression of interest for provision of Public Relations and
Media Management Services. This will be on a retainer basis.
Eligible firms/individuals should provide a covering letter and a statement for qualifications. They should provide information demonstrating:
1. The Firm Profile including details of other services offered.
2. Copy of the following documents:
Business Registration certificate
PIN Certificate
Latest Audited Accounts
3. Capability statement including brief details of similar assignments undertaken in the last three years and references of persons who may be contacted to verify the same.
4. Details of the team that is likely to be involved in this assignment at the operational level and the rationale behind the composition of the team.
After evaluation, successful firms will be invited to submit proposals for the service.
Expression of interest should be delivered in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked EOI/13/2010-2011 FOR PROVISION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS AND MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES; and be addressed to:
