General/Personnel Manager

Our client a medium size stationery firm, that mainly deals with sale of office and school stationery, computer accessories and consumables, ETR machines, office equipments among others. And we offer services such as photocopying, design and printing of promotional materials, books, brochures etc.based in Nairobi and we have a branch in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Our client urgently require to recruit  a competent and mature male, who is ready and willing to work in our Tanzania office.

Qualification:
Possess a degree or diploma in any discipline.
 Ability to manage a shop and staff of over 10 (ten) persons.
 Ability to produce budget estimates and control all expenditure for the sales and marketing team.
Ability to mobilize staff so as to develop good business relationships with the clientele and facilitate sale and marketing projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English &Kiswahili) and Confident Corporate Communication skills.
Self motivated starter who is proactive and takes initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good analytical and listening skills.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
 Team player with strong self discipline, self motivated, efficient, goal orientated, excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  Minimum 3 - 4 years of prior experience in Management.
 Aged between 35 to 45 years.
 Wiling to work in Tanzania.
