- Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position with overall experience of 15 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the HR processes across the organisation
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with all matters pertaining to HR in the company.
- Active participation in trade union negotiations and CBA matters.
- To ensure the HR Strategy programme is maintained and managed effectively.
- Develop and maintain HR processes to sustain the performance management strategy.
- Manage and develop the company training and development programme.
- Administer employee benefits as per programme of compliances in the Company
- Oversee the central administration function and maintain accurate records.
HR Officer

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position & overall experience of 10 years required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Report to the HR manager and implement HRM matters within established policies.
- Assist in the recruitment process as directed by the HR manager.
- Assist in the delivery of training events and the training schedule across the company.
- Managing the leave schedule as per company policy and related leave admin activities.
- Coordinate the employee induction process.
- Responsible for processing and maintaining employee attendance records.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across the company.
- Responsible for all record keeping and compliances as per Statutory requirements & policies
- Payroll administrative activities.
General requirements for both the positions
- A Bachelors Degree from a reputed university & a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Proficiency in HRM based on advanced computer application skills in an ERP environment.
- Updated and expert level skills in labour laws of the country & its compliances/ reporting & returns
- Experience in working in an FMCG environment.
