Reporting to the Area Sales Manager and to be based in either Nairobi or Nakuru the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the sales and Marketing of the company’s brands through sales agents and distributors in the assigned territory,
- Engaging the trade to create demand for the company’s brands,
- Establishing customer requirements and satisfying them by recommending and supplying proper mix of the company’s products,
- Providing information for decision making through properly prepared and timely reports,
- Carrying out merchandising and outlet branding for maximum visibility of various brands and sales promotions.
Qualifications and Competence
- Business related degree OR a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from a recognized university plus a Diploma in sales and marketing.
- Must be Customer focused,
- At least two years relevant experience,
- Team player with good communication skills, high integrity and self discipline,
- Creative and Innovative,
- Ability to work under pressure and time management skills that are beyond reproach,
- Computer literate,
- Clean driving license,
- Below 35 years of age.
