Main Purpose of Job
- Reports into supervisory Job and provides a professional support in analysis to aid with the sales operation.
- Providing communication to the filed sales teams and the business
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales related data in order to provide the Sales support team with accurate reporting with integrity.
- Raise strategic and research related questions.
- Data is analysed as requested using different statistical packages \ programmes \ tools.
- Reports are compiled and presented as agreed or requested.
- Provide information to the sales teams giving answers to questions raised related to structure and content.
- Information compiled using graphs and table formats.
- Compilation and maintenance of integrated programmes for specific reporting activities requiring separate management control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the sales team. Meetings are held regularly with clients.
- Develop the support team in the use of data and formats
- Develop a process of regular communication of key reports
- Draw insight from quantitative data and transform in qualitative reports
- Manage sales vehicles, track expenses and manage the sales budget

- Analysis of data to improve sales decision making
- Development of data models
- Analysis and benchmarking of key metrics
- Gap analysis and report writing
- Project manage specific project implementation activities as directed related to data management and stats
