- Liaise, prospect and close all channel businesses
- Respond to all customer enquiries
- Draw up tender documents
- Ensure compliance for all proposals and administer the whole sales process
Skills & Qualification
- Degree or diploma in relevant field: Business, Marketing or Sales
- Microsoft certification will be an added advantage
- The incumbent must have worked in the ICT industry
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales and marketing role
- Excellent communication & administration skills
Relationship Manager
This position will be responsible for business growth through acquisition of new accounts and maintaining good relations with existing key accounts.
Duties & responsibilities
This position will be responsible for business growth through acquisition of new accounts and maintaining good relations with existing key accounts.

- Enhance and sustain good relationship with key accounts
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Carry out product demonstrations for clients
- Gather market and customer information
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Provide feedback from existing and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery
Skills, knowledge & experience
- Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or relevant field from a recognized university
- Member of relevant professional body or professional certification will be an added advantage
- Must have Microsoft certification: Microsoft Certified Professional
- At least 3 years experience in the ICT industry in account management
- Proven record of sales and revenue records achieved
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Strong technology skill and business acumen
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and achieve set targets
