Our client a language school based in Nairobi is looking to recruit two positions a receptionist and an Office Assistant

Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Uses proper telephone etiquette.
  • Making registration for new students
  • Makes sure that all files and documents are up to date and accurate.
  • Knows how to use reception Desk Equipment.
  • Posts, updates students files
  • Uses proper mail, package and message handling procedures.
  • Is aware of daily activities taking place
  • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the filling system
  • Must have personal hygiene.
Prerequisites

Experience and Education: -
  • Previous experience of like 2yrs in the reception area is required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place by students and fellow work mates.
  • Certificate or a diploma in front office management.
Age: 24 to 26yrs

Salary is Ksh 15,000

Office Assistant

Reporting to the office manager the preferred candidate should be a male and will be assisting in administration, Human resource and office as a whole.

Prerequisites

Experience and Education: -
  • Experience of like 2yrs is required in a similar position.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place by students and fellow work mates.
  • A degree in Management.
  • Must have good Public Relations.
  • Age 25yrs to 29yrs
Salary is Ksh 25,000
