Project Engineers

• BSc Civil Eng. or other equivalent degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end execution of large projects with at lest 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must have hands-on experience in BQ preparation & tendering procedures.
• MS Projects proficiency & fully computer litrate.
• Post-grad qualifications in Project Management shall be an added advantage.
• Registration with ERB & membership with IEK shall be added advantage.

Site Agents

• HND Civil Eng. or equivalent qualification.
• Min. 5 yrs. experience supervision for large projects.
• Must be able to interprete engineering drawings & BQ specifications.
• Must be fully computer literate; MS Projects proficiency would be an added advantage.

Site Supervisors

• Diploma Building or other equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7yrs. experience in hands-on supervision for large projects supervising foremen & ensuring works progress strictly as per time & quality requirements.
• Must be able to interpret engineering drawings & BQ specifications

Business Development Manager

• BCom Marketing or equivalent degree.
• Diploma in Marketing (MSK) or equivalent
• Membership to a relevant marketing professional body will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 yrs. post-grad experience.
• At least 2 yrs. in management/team-leader position.
• Experience in marketing to corporate clientele & must have closed large contracts.
• Proven track-record of leading a company to attain or surpass it's Sales Targets.
• Experience in construction/real estate/ telecommunication industries an added advantage.
• Able to spearhead strategic & effective marketing of the company's services to targeted clients.
