Human Resource Manager
Human Resource Manager
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in HR Management,
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of HR experience in a large organization employing at least 300 workers.
- Experience in trade union and Labour Dept matters, fully conversant with all Labour and Employment Laws
Administration Manager
- Graduate in Business management or law, Conversant with business and labour laws
- 10 to 12 years of experience in administration in large organization.
- Responsibilities: security and insurance management, legal cases, CBA negotiation, all government permits
- good knowledge of various labor and business Laws of the country
- Must be aged 35- 45 years, fully computer literate, assertive, self motivated with good communication skills including strong command of spoken and written English.
