The Danish Refugee Council Kenya Program is re-opening operations in Molo and is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:
Head of Field Office – Molo
This is a short-term position for an initial period of 6 months, with possibility of extension.

The Head of Field Office will be responsible for the management of all programming and operations at the Molo field office.

The Head of Field Office will be responsible for the management of all programming and operations at the Molo field office.
This includes:
- Monitoring project implementation, including project expenditure and ensure periodic reporting as required.
- Provide leadership and supervision of field staff.
- Represent DRC at Molo level and ensure effective networking with local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Oversee field office operations (logistics, financial, administrative & security) in accordance to DRC policies and procedures.
