Vacant Position at Across

Across, a Christian NGO is looking for a suitably qualified male or female to fill the position of Financial Controller. The main purpose of this role will be: shape and implement strategy to strengthen Across financial position and to oversee the finance functions/systems of Across. In addition, establishing a real-time system for financial input and information access from various international locations via internet connectivity.
Minimum Requirements
- A born again Christian in word and action, fitting well in a team as a member
- C.P.A. (K) with Degree in B Com.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – Finance or Strategic Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Eight years of progressive accounting positions with at least three years in a senior position.
- Experienced Manager with good level of communicating skills (good command of English language) and relationships.
- Experience / knowledge on managing strategic investment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Moderate typing speed, working knowledge of spread sheet with word processing and familiarity with knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications, especially knowledge of SUN Systems.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
- Flexible to travel to other Across locations.
- Valid Driving License.
- Must be 40 years and above.
