An international organization using the radio and complementary technologies as interactive tools for delivering impact-driven extension services to smallholder farmers invites applications from suitable candidates for the above position.

- Review expenditures relating to all accounting documents for accuracy and consistency with donor regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate bank and payroll reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with the basic standards contained in the finance procedures manual
- Timely completion and submission of statutory returns to relevant authorities
- Provide technical assistance to project sub grantees to ensure adherence to project accounting procedures
Qualifications and skills
- A Bachelors Degree from a recognized university (Accounting or Finance)
- Relevant professional qualifications in Finance i.e. CPA(K)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to provide high levels on customer service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Experience in managing information technology systems is desirable.
