NairobiNet Ltd a leading applications service provider is looking for a competent Customer Care Executive who can commence immediately.

Below are the duties and responsibilities for the suitable applicant:

Summary of Job:
  • To retain a profitable, satisfied and loyal clients base (98% retention) per Quarter.
  • Grow the existing client base.
  • Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client's profitability and ensure that we have profitable clients.
  • Keep our clients informed on relevant issues.
  • Send out monthly bulletin to all our clients.
  • Do a client communication regarding the implications of policy announcements made in the media
  • Partner with clients in their operations. (where possible)
  • Appreciate our clients.
  • Specifically target clients for the products that would make a difference in their operations.
  • Upgrade clients whose subscribed services are over 70% exhausted referrals program.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position handling a minimum of 50 clients.
  • Minimum education of diploma or degree level
  • The successful candidate is expected to have highly developed interpersonal, communication, team, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Applicants should be not less than 28years of age.
