- Chair of the Hospital Management Committee
- Secretary to the Hospital Governance Board
- Supervises and overall In charge of the Administration units of the hospital
Professional Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Health Management, Public Health desired
- Masters Degree in Public Health, Health Systems Management, Hospital Administration or other related fields an added advantage.
- Minimum five years work experience managing a level 4 hospital.
- Computer literate .Knowledge of HMIS systems a strong advantage.
- Competence in working in donor funded projects.
- Professional and committed Christian (Catholic).
2. Hospital Matron/Senior Nursing Officer
Reports to: Hospital Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures all nurses and support staff operate according to the accepted nursing ethics and policies of the hospital
- In-charge of monitoring the quality of nursing services in all hospital departments
Professional Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Masters Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Systems Management, Hospital Administration or other related fields an added advantage.
- Must be a registered nurse with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Minimum five years work experience managing a level 4 hospital.
- Computer literate
- Competence in working in donor funded projects.
- Proficient in English and Kiswahili.
- Professional and committed Christian (Catholic).
